You agree that your use of this Site, this Agreement and any disputes relating thereto shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be resolved solely in the state or federal courts located in Boise, Idaho.
Eligibility: This warranty applies to the Print Tracker Cube.
Replacement: If the Cube is found to be defective, Print Tracker will replace the unit free of charge.
Return Period: Defective units must be returned within 60 days of the original purchase for eligibility.
Shipping and Handling: Print Tracker will cover all shipping and handling costs for the replacement unit.
Timeframe: Upon notification of a defective unit, Print Tracker will send a replacement within 5 business days, pending available stock levels.
Return of Defective Unit: The defective unit must be returned to Print Tracker within 30 days of receiving the replacement.
Charge for Non-Return: If the original unit is not returned within 30 days of the replacement receipt date, the customer will be charged at the current retail price.
Inspection: Returned units will be inspected by Print Tracker.
Unusual Wear and Tear: If a unit is deemed to have been subjected to unusual or excessive wear and tear, the customer will be charged for the replacement unit at the current retail price.
